What is the minimum house size? 1. What is the minimum house size? [Top] 2,000 square feet of heated area, 2,500 square feet overall. We’re more concerned about quality of construction than size alone. 2. How big are your lots? [Top] The smallest is one acre. Most are 1 to 2 acres. 3. Will I have to pay City taxes? [Top] No. Fountainbleau Estates is outside of the city limits. 4. What utilities are available? [Top] Fountainbleau Estates offers SWEPCO electricity, natural gas and cable TV. Each home requires a well and septic system. 5. Will Fountainbleau Road ever go through to Colquitt Road? [Top] No. Fountainbleau Development Corp. is designing and paying for all roads. There will be no Colquitt Road access to Fountainbleau Estates. 6. What are the homeowners association dues? [Top] $200 per year. This money goes to maintain common area and the entrance gate. 7. What if I’ve picked out a lot but I’m still waiting on my banker? [Top] A ten percent down payment will hold your lot for a reasonable time while you take care of your financing. 8. Do you build the houses or can I use my own builder? [Top] We do not build, and you are welcome to use any builder you choose. If you do not have a builder, we would be happy to suggest a few names. 9. What are the school districts? [Top] Keithville Elementary and Middle School; Southwood High School.
