Fountainbleau Estates gated subdivision is a 194-acre residential housing addition nestled just southwest of Shreveport, Louisiana in the corporate limits of Keithville, Louisiana. Fountainbleau Estates was developed in the mid-1980s and presently consists of 138 lots, with approximately 85 percent of the lots currently occupied by Fountainbleau Estates residents, and several sites under construction.

Building sites are generally one to two acres for a spacious living environment. Most lots are wooded and thus can be tailored to the preference of the homeowners as to the amount of trees left on the lot.

Homes in Fountainbleau Estates are a minimum of 2,000 square feet heated space with a price range generally from $250,000 to $500,000. While there is no list of approved builders, residents who wish to build in Fountainbleau Estates must submit their blueprints to the Architectural Control Committee for approval and be in compliance with the Fountainbleau Estates Homeowners’ Association building covenants and restrictions.

The area has a full range of utility support for utility needs from SWEPCO, Rural Water District #7, CenterPoint Energy, and several options for cable, telephone, and Internet.

Area schools within Caddo Parish include Keithville Elementary/Middle School, followed by a number of high schools dependent upon student testing.
